In Store Purchases

Merchandise must be returned within 14 days.

Merchandise must not be damaged, worn, altered, or washed.

Merchandise must have all tags attached.

Merchandise returned without original tags or not in new condition may be refused.

Sale items, lingerie and related items are a final sale.

All returns will be allowed an exchange or given store credit only.

Online Purchases

Merchandise must be returned within 30 days.

Merchandise must not be worn, altered, or washed.

Merchandise must have all tags attached.

Merchandise returned without original tags or not in new condition may result in a delayed refund or may not qualify for a refund.

Please Note: Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Packages that arrive COD may be denied, or the COD amount may be deducted from your return.

Sale items, lingerie and related items may not be returned.

To obtain a return authorization, email shop@zbellaboutique.com and include your name, sales receipt # (found on the top right corner of your receipt located inside your package) and the items you wish to return. We will respond with a shipping label.
